Usang by Cenz Qobbal is a free eroded serif display font with tall classical capitals and a restless, sketched surface. Multiple broken contours gather around the main strokes, making the letters look repeatedly traced, scraped, and slightly misregistered.
Decay and uneasy historical drama make it well suited to horror posters and experimental album covers. Its stately proportions also fit distressed book jackets or theatrical event graphics. The stray hairlines can merge with scratched photographs and etched illustrations, turning the lettering into part of the worn image.
