Author's note

VanBerger Stencil, designed by Jonathan Hill of The Northern Block, is a free futuristic stencil display font built from rigid, angular strokes. Its squared turns and sharply cut joins give the letters a machine-made profile. Open breaks are structural rather than distressed texture.

The lettering can become an interface-like title for science fiction games, electronic music posters, and technology branding. It is most convincing when its segmented geometry becomes part of a technical or industrial theme.
