Vertigirl, by Chris Brown, is a free comic display font with a jumpy, off-kilter rhythm that feels straight out of late-1990s alt graphics. The letters mix chunky curves with sharp, cut-paper angles, and that contrast gives the font a playful, slightly unruly attitude instead of a cute cartoon polish.
It fits naturally into zines, skateboard flyers, club posters, indie packaging, and splashy web headers where a free font can carry a loud title on its own. Use it for short headlines, cover lines, or logo-style wordmarks when you want the bounce of hand-drawn lettering with a more graphic, black-shape silhouette.
