Vinegar, designed by Tjarda Koster of Jelloween Font Foundry, is a free high-contrast serif with an elegant but slightly eccentric cut. Broad curves meet very fine strokes, giving the letters a crisp, fashion-conscious silhouette. The spacing feels airy.
Fashion photography and botanical illustration echo its sweeping curves and sharp changes in weight. That connection suits perfume packaging, magazine covers, and refined food branding, especially when the lettering is meant to feel cultivated rather than conventional.
