Vipond Chubby, designed by James Vipond, is a free geometric techno display font with heavy, squared letterforms. Sharp diagonal cuts and small angular openings break up the dense shapes and suggest retro-futurist machinery.
Game title screens and electronic music posters can use its rigid construction to set an industrial, arcade-like direction. Its broad silhouettes also suit sci-fi packaging and sports merchandise, especially in oversized lettering with generous spacing around each word.
