VTC Fuzzy Punky Slippers by Larry E. Yerkes of Vigilante Typeface Corporation is a free eroded display font with the swagger of hand-cut carnival lettering. Broad, uneven outlines surround dark inner strokes, and chipped edges give the letters a battered, ink-stamped texture.
Designers working in punk, skate, or underground music circles will find its roughness useful. It suits gig posters, album artwork, T-shirt graphics, and irreverent packaging. The distressed contours let those projects treat the lettering as part of their rebellious imagery.
