Vtks Lovers Italic by Douglas Vitkauskas is a free medieval blackletter font with an unusually fluid, ornamental hand. Its steeply leaning letters combine broad dark strokes with fine curls, split flourishes, and long looping tails. The capitals are especially theatrical.

Designers working in gothic romance, dark fantasy, or alternative music will find it suited to book covers, event posters, and album artwork.
