Vurt is a free expressive brush script built from sharply changing stroke widths and ink-like, irregular contours. Its letters lurch and taper with a raw, hurried motion.
It can turn a music poster into a hand-painted mark, especially for punk, experimental, or underground acts. The same unruly strokes suit album packaging, streetwear graphics, and event merchandise, where clean polish would feel out of place. Against distressed photography or splattered illustration, the lettering can become part of the painted image rather than a separate caption.
