Author's note

Warpen font designed by Albert Kalingga is an expanded futuristic display typeface. The geometric design of the letters gives them a modern and contemporary appeal. Their shapes are angular and sleek and although they might easily remind us of sci-fi movies, they have an artistic side inspired by architecture, engineering, and machinery.

The free typeface can be used on construction industry websites, digital watches, cars’ dashboards, technology magazines covers, visors of robotic gadgets like exoskeletons or mechanical prosthetics for example. Each use case will make the text look beautiful in its own way yet still have a common foundation.
