Wellfleet by Riccardo De Franceschi of Sorkin Type Co. is a free decorative display font with sturdy slab-like serifs and a deliberately uneven cut. Its broad letters vary in width and angle, with softly rounded corners.
It can give a poster or book cover the look of hand-cut show-card lettering. The same sturdy shapes suit food packaging, festival graphics, and casual venue signage, especially when a warm, handmade note is useful. Beside bold illustrations, the irregular silhouettes can echo carved labels, painted signs, or playful character art rather than acting as neutral typography.
