Author's note

West Point by Chris Brown is a free distorted display font with a wiry, off-kilter rhythm that feels half hand-drawn, half melted into shape. The letters stretch and pinch in uneven ways, mixing wide horizontal sweeps with sudden narrow strokes, so the font gives short words a nervous, slightly surreal pull.

It fits posters, indie music flyers, zine covers, skate graphics, and title cards where a clean layout needs one strange note, and this free font also works for short headlines or monogram-style marks. Because the forms lean on contrast between lanky curves and abrupt verticals, it has the most presence when you keep the setting brief.
