Author's note

WLM Road Sans, created by Wolf Lambert in 2012 from Alexander Sperl's Ionisation, is a free condensed sans serif with an engineered profile. Tall, tightly packed letters use mostly even strokes, with round lowercase forms adding an experimental edge.

Transport and urban themes suit its severe construction, making it useful for event posters, music packaging, and digital graphics. It feels deliberately industrial. Designers working in electronic music, street culture, or technology will find its compressed shapes especially relevant.
