Author's note

Woodgod 3D, designed in 2012 by Iconian Fonts, is a free old-school 3D display font with the weight of carved tavern lettering. Its serif capitals have uneven contours, changing stroke widths, and an offset shadow that makes the forms look raised rather than neatly typeset.

It can give brewery packaging and pub signage a carved emblem. For concert posters and magazine covers, the irregular drawing supplies a rough vintage title treatment that can become part of the illustration.
