Author's note

Woodrow, created by Sketchbook B, is a free geometric blackletter display font with very tall, tightly built letters and sharply pointed lower joins. Its even stroke weight and faceted curves give the traditional forms a stark, machine-cut finish.

Its old-school blackletter reference suits music posters, motorcycle branding, and tattoo studio signage. The compact upright forms feel severe and deliberate. On merchandise and album covers, the letters can sit beside heraldic emblems, detailed engraved illustrations, or other angular artwork.
