I have included a lot of digraphs and trigraphs that may be considered a single tile in some languages (according to this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrabble_letter_distributions). Numbers 0-9 can be used to assign scrabble scores to the previous letter (since they are different for each language). 0 stands for 10 points.
