WW Kute Kats by Angela Lane is a free cartoon cat dingbats font with a friendly, storybook feel. The drawings lean on round faces, fluffy fur, upright poses, and thick inked outlines, so the set reads less like symbols and more like a little cast of expressive house cats.
It suits pet shop branding, greeting cards, scrapbook pages, party invites, and children's book endpapers where a free font can carry the theme on sight.
