Xspiralmental by Michelle Conley is a free spiral dingbats font with a loose, hand-drawn psychedelic feel. The set revolves around curling forms that loop inward in different moods - some smooth and calligraphic, others rough, chunky, or wobbling like ink dragged through a sketchbook.
It fits naturally in poster accents, album packaging, zines, scrapbook pages, and title cards where a single swirling mark can carry the whole mood. As a free font, Xspiralmental works especially well for drop caps, badges, and small decorative hits because the repeated spiral motif feels expressive even when used sparingly.
