Author's note
Zapadni by Jamie Place is a free Western display font with tall, squared lettering and a sturdy sign-painted attitude. Broad strokes turn through softly rounded corners, and tight rectangular openings give the letters a dense, architectural build. The effect is direct and compact.
Frontier themes, rodeo culture, and country music give this design a convincing setting, especially on event posters and album packaging. Its mix of saloon-sign geometry and industrial weight can also shape branding for barbecue restaurants or workwear labels, where the lettering can become a recognizable part of the product identity.
