Zquared eYe/FS by Antonio J. Morata of FSI FontShop International GmbH is a free grid-based barcode dingbat font. Its symbols form upright rectangular blocks from tightly ordered square cells and narrow channels. The effect is stark and mechanical.
Digital graphics can turn these tiled forms into interface markers, electronic title cards, or patterned game assets, with the repeated grid suggesting coded data and early screen displays. They are especially apt for technology brands and game audiences drawn to severe, system-built imagery.
