Author's note

Adrenochrome font by Rev. Josh Wilhelm is a free cartoon display typeface that oozes with pulpy, horror‑comic energy. Each letter looks like it’s melting or bubbling, with thick, rounded forms and gooey notches that feel straight out of a midnight monster movie poster. The rhythm is bold and bouncy rather than neat and tidy, so every word feels loud, drippy, and just a little unhinged.

Using Adrenochrome, headlines instantly scream campy chaos-great for Halloween flyers, spooky party invites, horror zines, escape room branding, retro game titles, or themed YouTube thumbnails. This free font thrives at big sizes where the slimy edges can really show. Pair it with a simple, clean sans serif for body text to keep layouts readable while letting Adrenochrome handle the shock factor.
