Author's note

Anderson UFO font by Steve Ferrera is a free alien dingbat typeface that turns your keyboard into a fleet of saucers, ray guns, planets, and strange little visitors. The icons have a hand-drawn, slightly scratchy line quality that feels like doodles from a sci‑fi notebook-quirky, playful, and just a bit mysterious. Some shapes are dense and chunky, others airy and spindly, so a line of symbols reads like a tiny storyboard of an abduction in progress.

Using Anderson UFO, you can quickly drop ready‑made alien graphics into sci‑fi posters, kids’ worksheets, zines, party invitations, game UIs, or streaming overlays without opening an illustration app. This free font works beautifully at larger sizes where the inky textures and odd silhouettes stay crisp; pair it with a clean geometric sans serif so the icons stay the loudest voice on the page.
