Author's note

Angryblue font by Angryblue.com is a free scary display typeface that looks like it was ripped straight from a grime-covered gig poster. The letters slash across the line with jagged, splintered strokes and inky blots, like frantic marker tags on a concrete wall. It feels raw, loud, and just a bit unhinged—great when you want your title to look scratched in a hurry rather than politely typeset.

Using Angryblue, you can push horror movie posters, metal or punk band logos, Halloween flyers, game titles, book covers, and edgy apparel graphics into full-on chaos mode. This free font thrives at large sizes where its rough edges and splatters stay sharp and aggressive. Pair it with a clean, narrow sans serif for small supporting text to keep your layouts wild but still readable.
