Author's note

Ar Tarumian Africkian by Ruben Tarumian is a free decorative display font with towering, tightly fitted letters and dramatic shifts between broad shapes and hairline-thin strokes. Deep curved cutouts, sharp wedges, and unexpected openings give the alphabet a sculptural quality, with each letter forming its own compact silhouette.

Fashion labels and boutique fragrance brands could use its elegant but unconventional drawing for packaging, campaign graphics, and distinctive wordmarks. The repeated cutout shapes also connect with geometric patterns, turning the lettering into part of a larger ornamental scheme rather than neutral text. It could bring the same theatrical edge to music posters and editorial covers.
