Arvo Bold Italic by Anton Koovit and Yassin Baggar is a free bold italic slab serif with broad proportions, substantial stroke contrast, and blunt rectangular serifs. Its deep slant keeps the dense lettering moving.

Sports branding and editorial covers both benefit from its mix of weight and forward motion. On music posters and event merchandise, the wide capitals supply an emphatic headline without looking mechanically square. In sports graphics, its slant can echo racing stripes and cropped action photography so the lettering becomes part of the scene rather than a detached label.
