Author's note

BarMKode Inverse font by M. Klein Fonteria is a free barcode dingbat typeface in the BarMKode family. It gives you crisp, scan-ready stripes with that cool “inverted” punch-like a label pulled fresh from a thermal printer, bold and slightly industrial. Drop it in and your layout instantly reads as coded, tracked, and official.

Using BarMKode Inverse, you can add believable barcode texture to packaging mockups, product tags, shipping labels, price stickers, tech posters, zines, album covers, and gritty brand patterns. Keep it large so the bars stay clean, and pair it with a no-nonsense sans (think neutral grotesk) to let this free font do the talking.
