Author's note

Blade Runner Screen Play is a free eroded serif display font with a battered, photocopied mood. The letters feel heavy and literary, with soft ink-bitten edges and chunky forms that make the alphabet look lifted from a worn script page or an old title treatment.

It fits posters, book jackets, film title cards, zines, and bar menus where a free font needs some grit without turning into a horror cliche. Because the shapes stay broad and familiar under the distressing, it also works for short headlines, chapter openers, and drop caps where that rubbed-down texture does most of the talking.

Blade Runner screenplay font is a revival of a defunct, obsolete (and unknown) 1980s typewriter font created by Gary Stephens.
