Author's note

Bloodsuckers font by Letters From The Claw is a free distorted horror typeface that looks like it’s been scratched onto the page with something sharp. The letters lurch upward with jagged, dripping strokes that feel wet and feral, as if the word itself might leap off a movie poster. Uneven widths and twitchy curves give every line a sense of motion, keeping layouts tense and a little unhinged.

This free font shines on slasher movie titles, haunted house flyers, Halloween party invites, horror podcasts, escape room branding, and creepy game menus. Using Bloodsuckers at oversized headline scales lets those shredded edges really show, while body text stays in a clean, neutral sans for contrast. Try pairing it with a simple grotesk in stark white or blood red on black for a sharp, cinematic hit.
