Author's note

BN-Maxi font by Ben Nathan is a free distorted display typeface with chunky, blobby forms that look as if they’ve been splashed onto the page and left to dry. The irregular contours and inky holes inside each letter give it a playful, almost gooey texture that jumps out at larger sizes and grabs attention instantly.

Using BN-Maxi, you get a hand-drawn, eroded feel that works beautifully for posters, zines, album covers, party flyers, streetwear branding, and experimental web graphics. This free font shines when you keep text short and bold, then pair it with a clean sans serif in small supporting copy to keep everything readable while the main lettering brings the attitude.
