Author's note

BoArust font by «P2+K2» is a free comic typeface that looks like it’s been hacked out with a thick, half-dry marker. Letters are tall, scratchy, and a little wobbly, with inky edges that feel raw and handmade rather than cute or polished. The BoArust family’s irregular rhythm gives words a restless energy, as if every line was scrawled in the margins of a photocopied zine.

Using BoArust font, you can push attitude to the front of band posters, punk flyers, horror-comedy titles, edgy merch, zines, or grungy YouTube thumbnails. This free font thrives at larger sizes where its rough texture really shows. Pair it with a clean, condensed sans serif for supporting text to keep layouts wild but still readable.
