Braille Punch by Woody Barnes of FSI FontShop International GmbH is a free Braille-inspired pixel display font built from hard-edged squares and dot cells. The letters have a compact, mechanical silhouette, with gaps that break each form into a coded pattern. Its mix of recognizable letterforms and Braille-like marks feels deliberately cryptic.
The dot-grid construction connects directly with circuitry diagrams and retro computer graphics, making it useful for game interfaces and technology posters. It can become part of the interface itself. Album artwork, coded event branding, and experimental magazine covers also suit its punched, modular shapes and cryptic visual texture.
