Bukvica UCS, created by Constantin I. Spektorov, is a free art dingbat font filled with ornate, vertically composed symbols. Mirrored curls and teardrops meet blade-like forms and formal monograms, all drawn as crisp, intricate silhouettes.
For fantasy game interfaces and experimental music posters, the symbols offer the same ritual, heraldic atmosphere in very different media. They also suit book covers and themed merchandise. A selected mark can become a faction crest, chapter device, or decorative emblem rather than serving as ordinary text.

This font is disigned for the initial letter of a book or a capital (NOT for typing the whole words or sentences). Such font for initial letters was used in the Moscow "Pechatny Dvor" (Printing Yard) in the 1st half of the 17th century.
