Author's note

Bumbazoid font by Boba Fonts - Davide Canavero is a free cartoon display typeface that looks like it’s been blown up from inky balloons. Each letter is fat, glossy, and a little wobbly, with squishy rounded corners and tiny “shine” spots that make the words feel alive. The tight, chunky shapes create a bold, candy-like texture that jumps off the page even at a glance.

Using Bumbazoid, you can dial up the fun on kids’ book covers, slime or monster-themed games, birthday posters, toy packaging, party invitations, and playful YouTube thumbnails. This free font shines when set huge and loud; pair it with a simple rounded sans serif in smaller text to keep things readable while letting Bumbazoid handle all the goofy, bubbly energy.
