Author's note

Copper Penny DTP by The Fontry & JLS is a free old-style serif font with a coin-rubbed, storybook warmth. The letters pair broad, rounded forms with sharp little beaks and chunky feet, giving the font a slightly antique print feel that lands somewhere between bookish and folkish.

It fits naturally on packaging, pub menus, boutique shop signs, chapter openers, and poster titles where a free font needs a touch of period flavor without turning fussy. Because the shapes are full and the serifs have a clipped, hand-cut look, it works especially well for short headlines, cover lines, and names that want to feel familiar and a bit minted.
