Author's note

Dead Alive font by Rev. Josh Wilhelm turns stark capitals into dripping, rotten shapes that feel torn from a grindhouse poster. The letters are thick, uneven, and chewed away at the edges, instantly giving headlines a horror-movie intensity. It’s a free font that works best when you want type to look loud, damaged, and a little unsettling.

Use Dead Alive for Halloween flyers, horror film titles, haunted house signage, metal or punk band logos, game splash screens, and dark book or comic covers. This free font packs enough weight to hold its own on busy artwork, especially at large sizes. Pair it with a clean sans serif in small text to keep things readable while the main title does the screaming.
