Author's note

Devils font by M. Klein is a free horror dingbat typeface that turns letters into gleefully wicked scenes. Each glyph is a tiny ink-black vignette: spindly horned figures dancing, chaotic bonfires, twisted silhouettes that look like they leapt from an old woodcut. The artwork feels hand-scratched and slightly unhinged, giving your layouts a raw, ritual energy that stock Halloween graphics never quite match.

Using Devils, you can drop ready-made demonic illustrations into Halloween posters, metal or punk gig flyers, occult zines, party invitations, social graphics, and eerie book chapter dividers in seconds. The dense, high-ink shapes hold up well at large sizes, especially on textured paper or grungy backgrounds. For legibility, pair this free font’s pictograms with a clean sans serif or condensed gothic for the text, letting the Devils artwork become the shrieking focal point.
