Author's note

Early Aramaic SemiBold, created by Jack Kilmon, is a free ancient Aramaic dingbat font with the rough, ink-cut feel of early inscriptional marks. The signs look angular, hand-shaped, and slightly uneven, mixing sharp diagonals with hooked turns that make the set feel archaeological rather than polished.

This free font fits work that wants a historical signal fast: museum graphics, book covers, documentary title cards, themed posters, and chapter openers with a Near Eastern or epigraphic mood. Use it where a few characters can carry atmosphere on their own, especially for logos, monograms, or short display accents, because the marks read more like evocative symbols than ordinary lettering.
