Employee of the Month, by Potionpro, is a free pixel bitmap font with a deadpan office-badge vibe. The letters are built from blunt modular blocks and tall vertical strokes, so the rhythm feels clipped, rigid, and a little awkward in a way that gives the font its character.
That makes it a natural fit for zines, poster headlines, game UI labels, title cards, and faux-corporate graphics where a free font with this stiff, low-res texture can do some of the storytelling for you. It also works well for short names, badge-style captions, and cover lines, because the narrow block shapes pack together into a terse, mechanical voice.
