Author's note

Exclusion by Emily Durandetto is a free bitmap pixel font with a cut-up, almost glitchy rhythm. The letters look carved from chunky screen blocks, with hard stair-step corners and abrupt gaps that make the whole design feel interrupted on purpose rather than merely retro.

It fits poster titles, zine covers, game menus, club flyers, and web graphics where a free font can bring in digital grit without turning slick. Because the forms break and reconnect in unexpected places, it also works well for short headlines, title cards, and wordmarks that need a fractured, low-resolution voice.
