Author's note

Fifth Century Caps font by M. Klein is a free Gothic Celtic typeface that feels carved more than written. Tall, narrow letterforms rise like stone monoliths, while sharp, tapering strokes and hooked curves give each word a slightly dangerous, old-world energy—somewhere between monastery script and dark fantasy title card.

Using Fifth Century Caps, headlines snap into focus on fantasy book covers, RPG titles, metal band logos, festival posters, escape room branding, and historical exhibit graphics. This free font works best at larger sizes where its spiky contours can breathe; pair it with a simple geometric sans for body copy to keep the mood dramatic but readable.
