Author's note

Funko Occelatus font by Omega Font Labs is a free eroded display typeface that looks like it’s been shredded by claws or eaten away by static. Jagged edges, splintered stems, and uneven weights give every word a frantic, electric buzz, as if the letters are trembling on the page. It’s raw, scratchy, and chaotic in a way that instantly pushes designs toward horror, noise, and decay.

Using Funko Occelatus, titles and logos feel unstable and dangerous, which works beautifully for horror posters, metal band branding, Halloween flyers, game titles, escape-room graphics, and dark zines. Keep this free font big and sparse for maximum impact, and pair it with a clean geometric sans for supporting text so the wild texture hits even harder.
