Graphik Shadow by A. Carr is a free distorted display font built from tall, narrow capitals and hard-edged breaks. Its strokes split into offset sections that resemble cut paper or misregistered printing. The effect is stark and mechanical.
Fashion posters and experimental music packaging both suit its fractured construction, with repeated slashes turning lettering into a graphic pattern. It could also give club flyers and science-fiction game graphics an industrial edge aimed at audiences drawn to underground electronic culture.
