Jiczyn Font

Author's note

Jiczyn font by Fontoholic is a free eroded display typeface with the raw energy of a marker sketch on torn cardboard. Its chunky, uneven letterforms look scratched and filled in by hand, with rough, inky interiors that feel noisy and alive. The irregular rhythm and jagged edges give every word a loud, DIY attitude that jumps off the page or screen.

Using Jiczyn, you can push the grit on gig posters, horror flyers, punk zines, skateboard graphics, game titles, or Halloween invitations. This free font shines at large sizes where its scribbled texture can really show, while short headlines and single-word logos hit hardest. Pair it with a plain geometric sans for small supporting text to keep the chaos readable and the message clear.
