Author's note

Kalmansk is a big, bold and playful font. The inspiration for this font initially came from exploring typefaces usually seen in the industrialism movement. The typefaces used in this era usually appear narrow, bold and are aimed at grabbing your attention. These characteristics formed the foundation for Kalmansk. The font takes on the boldness and narrow style from industrialism, but softens the feeling by adding roundness to each letters. This creates a more playful mood to the font. This font resemblances cartoons and especially sweets related packaging.

This is a free font and can be used for both personal and commercial projects.
