Author's note

Komix font by Fontoholic is a free comic display typeface with thick, inky strokes that look like they were swiped straight from a marker pen. The letters lean and twist with a loose, hand-drawn swagger, giving headlines a splashy, energetic feel without becoming messy or hard to read. Its chunky, slightly rough edges make text feel loud, friendly, and a bit rebellious at the same time.

Using Komix, titles snap into focus on comic book pages, zines, kids’ posters, YouTube thumbnails, game menus, and sticker designs. This free font shines when you set it big and bold, then pair it with a clean, neutral sans serif for supporting text to keep layouts fun but readable.
