Milany Font

Milany by Rantautype Studio is a free retro display font with an oversized, soft-edged silhouette. The broad letters swell into rounded curves, and uneven widths create a loose, bouncy line. Tiny interior spaces and blunt joins sharpen its cartoonish 1970s flavor.

Packaging is an especially good medium for this dense, cheerful lettering, particularly on snack foods, sweets, and casual drink brands. The same rounded bulk suits children's publishing and comedy posters, where the type can supply an immediate sense of fun. On merchandise, the inflated forms can become part of the artwork itself, echoing bubble shapes, mascots, or chunky illustrated patterns.
