Author's note

Obian, a free trash display font by Wep, leans into a rough, crumbling silhouette that feels stamped, smeared, and worn by use. The letters are thick and rounded underneath the damage, with ragged edges and pitted contours giving the whole font a gritty, low-fi pulse instead of a neat constructed look.

That makes it a natural free font for zines, underground music flyers, poster headlines, horror title cards, and rough brand marks that need a dirty human texture rather than clean geometry. It also suits short cover lines and simple logotypes, because the battered outline does most of the talking before you add any extra treatment.
