Author's note

Opti-Cred Heavy by Andrew Young is a free futuristic digital display font with towering, tightly packed forms. Broad rounded columns alternate with hairline strokes and narrow slots, giving the lettering the dense cadence of a machine-readable code without copying a standard seven-segment display.

It can turn a title card into part label, part control-panel graphic. That technical role makes it well suited to electronic music artwork, game interfaces, and branding for experimental hardware. The repeated bars and inset gaps also echo circuit traces and scanner patterns, helping the type connect directly with interface icons or schematic illustration.
