Author's note
Pheanis Wickey by R. Gast of GreyWolf WebWorks is a free retro display font with a playful, mod mood. The letters mix tall, narrow forms with rounded bends and little spiral-like turns, giving the alphabet a poster-era swing that feels both jaunty and slightly psychedelic.
It fits best where lettering can do the styling - on album art, boutique packaging, cafe signage, event posters, and magazine cover lines. As a free font, it also works well for short title cards or monograms, since those looping corners and elongated shapes give even a few letters a strong period accent.
