Author's note

Pixelin Duo is a free pixel display font built from stout rectangular strokes and hard, right-angled turns. Its letters have the blunt geometry of early screen graphics, with stepped edges, squared gaps, and compact forms that produce a dense, mechanical texture and a rigid cadence reminiscent of machine readouts.

Retro games and digital technology are the clearest subjects for this lettering, making it useful for game interfaces, arcade posters, and electronic music artwork. It can also shape merchandise for coding events, where the repeated grid-based construction can echo sprites, circuit diagrams, and other low-resolution imagery rather than acting as neutral text.
