Author's note

PrehistFantasies by Manfred Klein is a free prehistoric dingbat font built from lively, hand-drawn symbols. Its solid, irregular forms twist into animal-like figures, masks, claws, and primitive pictograms, with curled strokes and sharp cutouts suggesting marks carved or painted by an imagined early culture.

It is most convincing in game graphics, where each symbol can act as a creature, relic, or tribal emblem. The shapes also suit fantasy posters and themed merchandise. Their mixture of bones, beasts, and abstract faces connects these uses to prehistoric adventure and playful archaeology.
